Oakland is a 4.5-point favorite at home, but the Bears won 17-6 in their last trip to Oakland and they’ll be in good shape with Hanie as the quarterback this weekend. He has enough support around him that as long as he doesn’t turn the ball over, Hanie will be fine and the Bears will do enough, at least, to cover the NFL betting lines.

Steelers Bengals Odds – Sunday, 1:00 PM ET

The Steelers (6-3) fell 23-20 at home to Baltimore in another classic game between the two, and Pittsburgh was a little undisciplined in this contest as they had a couple of turnovers and the defense gave the Ravens three first downs because of penalties. The Steelers are still a solid pick in your betting software, but there are definitely chinks in the armor that can be taken advantage of.

The Bengals (6-2) got another big performance from rookie Andy Dalton, who threw three touchdowns and no picks in a 24-17 win at Tennessee, and people are starting to believe in Cincinnati. The Philadelphia secondary has been much maligned this year, but they’ll get some chances to pick off Romo, while Murray won’t have a repeat performance of last week, not even close. In a meeting of two surprises, the Lions are 4-point favorites at home, even though they’ve lost nine of their last 10 against the 49ers, with six games going under the posted total. For all intents and purposes we are picking the total for this game to go over, as Brees and Newton could combine to throw for over 800 yards in this game.

Chicago Bears At Detroit Lions – In the Monday night game, Chicago travels to Detroit to take on a Lions team that by all accounts could go undefeated this season. The Bears were very lucky to get by a bad Carolina squad in week four, any errors this week against Detroit will end up in a Bears loss. Look for the Lions to win their fifth in a row for the first time in a long time.
