Week five of the NFL season is upon us, and sports betting enthusiasts from across the globe are wondering how the biggest of the four major North American sports leagues will out do itself this week. With only two teams remaining with undefeated records, can both stay perfect for the rest of the season? Here are the latest NFL picks using bookie software.

Cincinnati Bengals at Jacksonville Jaguars – This weekend’s game featuring the two and two Cincinnati Bengals and one and three Jacksonville Jaguars, will be the first in a string of games over the next several weeks, featuring rookie quarterbacks on both teams. The Bengals led by Andy Dalton, will go from upsetting a team that has averaged roughly 40 points a game this year in the Buffalo Bills, to a team that has accumulated 39 points over its first four games in the Jacksonville Jaguars. Jacksonville is now being led by rookie quarterback Blaine Gabbert, however not much has changed for one of the NFL’s worst franchises. Look for Cincinnati to move to three and two, as Dalton gets better by the week.

New Orleans Saints at Carolina Panthers – On Sunday, the NFC South will be on display in a similar fashion to two gunslingers at the Okay Corral. In one corner you have former Super Bowl MVP Drew Brees. In the other you have leading rookie of the year candidate Cam Newton. For all intents and purposes we are picking the total for this game to go over, as Brees and Newton could combine to throw for over 800 yards in this game.

Chicago Bears At Detroit Lions – In the Monday night game, Chicago travels to Detroit to take on a Lions team that by all accounts could go undefeated this season. The Bears were very lucky to get by a bad Carolina squad in week four, any errors this week against Detroit will end up in a Bears loss. Look for the Lions to win their fifth in a row for the first time in a long time.
